Strength (Kraftausdauer)
Steiler langer Anstieg bis auf 100% des zuvor eingegebenen
maximalen Widerstand. Das Profile fördert die Kraftausdauer
und die Laktattoleranz.
Intervall
Das Profil ist gekennzeichnet durch mehrere hohe
Intensitätsspitzen mit kurzen Belastungspausen. Es fördert die
Schnellkraft für kurze hoch intensive Belastungen.
Watt
Im Watt Programm wird der Widerstand basierend auf der
RPM angepasst, dass die Leistung konstant bleibt. Je höher
die RPM, desto geringer der Widerstand, je geringer die RPM,
desto höher der Widerstand.
Strengh
This program has a gradual progression of resistance up to
100% of maximum effort that is sustained for 25% of workout
duration. This will help build strength and muscular endurance in
the lower body and glutes. A brief cool down follows.
Intervall
This program takes you through high levels of intensity followed
by recovery periods of low intensity. This program utilizes and
develops your “Fast Twitch” muscle fibers which are used when
performing tasks that are intense and short in duration.
Watt
In the WATT mode, the resistance will be adjusted according to
the rpm, means if the rpm are becoming higher, the resistance
becomes lower, otherwise rpm low, the resitance will be higher..
