What to do if my Fire Sense 02110 Heater doesn't turn on?

If your Fire Sense Heater fails to turn on, ensure the electrical plug is securely fitted into the wall outlet. Check that the unit is on a dedicated electrical circuit. Confirm the heater is on flat ground so the tilt switch is level. Ensure the ON/OFF power switch on the pole is in the ON position. If plugged into a wall switch, ensure it's ON. You can also try resetting the safety tilt switch by unplugging the unit, repositioning it on a flat surface, and plugging it back in. If the halogen bulb is damaged, contact Customer Service.
