Why is the burner flame low on my Fire Sense Gas fireplace?

If the burner flame is low on your Fire Sense Gas fireplace, it might be due to several reasons. One potential cause is low gas pressure; in this case, turn the cylinder valve off and refill the cylinder. Another cause could be that the outdoor temperature is less than 40ºF and the tank is less than 1/4 full; try using a full cylinder. Finally, check the burner and orifices for any blockages.
