7. Insert the Handle (22) into the bracket on the Lift Arm / Shaft Assembly and align the upper and lower holes.
Secure in place using two Handle Bolts (17), Lock Washers (18), and Flat Washers (19).

8. Insert the Wheels (1) into the wheel brackets on the rear of the Base (2) and align the holes.
Secure Wheels in place using Wheel Bolts (3) and Nuts (4).
