  Wet ice or ice clumping in your Fisher & Paykel refrigerator can be caused by low water pressure; check the water pressure. The filter may also be blocked; replace the filter. Long freezer door openings can also contribute; gently tap the ice with a scoop to unstick it, or if large clumps occur, empty the ice bin and make new ice. High ambient temperature or leaving the ice bin out of the freezer compartment for a length of time can also cause clumping.
