What to do if my Fisher & Paykel Refrigerator water dispenser does not work?
    • A
      April MendozaSep 12, 2025
If the water dispenser on your Fisher & Paykel Refrigerator isn't working, first ensure the water supply is turned on and properly connected. Check the supply line for any kinks or leaks that might be blocking the water flow. If it's a new installation, there might be air in the water system; run 3 quarts (3 liters) of water through the dispenser to remove it. The filter may be blocked and need replacing. Also, check if the ‘Dispenser Lock’ is activated by pressing and holding the button for 4 seconds. Finally, water may be frozen in the tank; increase the temperature to a warmer setting in both the fresh food compartment and the freezer.

The poor taste may be from the incoming water, so the filter may need changing or a new filter may need to be installed.
