Protecting
Important
Recordings
If
a
new
recording
is
made
on
a
tape
which
has
already
been
recorded,
the
old
recording
is
automatically
erased.
@
8y
breaking
the
accidental
erasure
prevention
tabs
off
the
tape,
you
can
protect
important
recordings
from
being
erased
acci-
dentally.
if
you
want
to
record
on
a
tape
whose
tabs
have
been
broken,
place
a
piece
of
adhesive
tape
over
the
holes
(Fig.
41).

disc

wait

the
total
number

tracks

select

tape
length.
The
length
switches
from
46
minutes
to
60
minutes,
90
minutes,
then
off
each
time
