Why are the lights not lit on my Fisher Control Panel?

  Several factors can cause the lights to not illuminate on your Fisher Control Panel. First, ensure the LCP200 is correctly connected to the digital valve controller aux. terminal, as detailed in the Installation section. Verify that the loop/24V power is connected to the appropriate terminals. If you're using the Loop Power option, confirm there's at least 8 mA of current available. Finally, the LED itself might be damaged; consider replacing it and testing the LCP200 in bench mode to see if the LED lights up when the corresponding button is pressed.

  If the lights on your Fisher Control Panel are blinking, it could indicate a calibration issue or incorrect alert settings. First, check the valve calibration and recalibrate if needed. Then, make sure the Hi Hi / Lo Lo Alert settings are set to 99 and 1% respectively. For large rotary valves, try adjusting the settings to 98 and 2% and observe if the blinking stops.
