Your Food Plan is based on the calorie deficit needed to reach your weight goal.
If you log activity or have a Fitbit Tracker synced to your account, the calorie estimate of what you
can eat and what your calorie deficit will be will dynamically increase based on the calories you burn
through activity.
Your calories burned number includes your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate), which are the calories you
burn while at rest each day. BMR is individually based on a user's profile data.
As long as you are within 50 calories of your daily calorie estimate when you log your last meal of
the day, you will have met your Plan's recommendations.
A proper diet and exercise is recommended for any weight loss plan. A Food Plan is based on your
calorie burn and food intake alone and does not take into account any of your personal factors, such
as health. Please consult a doctor before making any changes to your diet or exercise habits.
