The scale is designed to operate in typical household temperature and humidity levels.
It has been tested up to the following extremes:
5 degrees Celsius and 75% humidity
35 degrees Celsius and 45% humidity
Lean mode
For most body types, the scale's regular setting will suffice. However, people with more muscle mass
(e.g., a bodybuilder) have the option of choosing the "lean" setting from the Device Settings area:

The "lean" setting provides a more accurate % body fat measurement for very muscular people, and will
only apply to the account that has the option selected.
