from the "Body" area on the Dashboard. There are arrows in the Body area that carousel through your
weight related information: Weight, BMI, Body Fat and Goals.
A weight goal and body fat goal can be set in the third panel of the Body area.
If you aren't sure what a healthy goal might be, you can view our guidelines for what might be
considered a healthy weight or body fat composition.
Once you set weight and body fat goals they will appear in your graphs.
The weight goal and a progress indicator are also accessible in the upper right of the Dashboard.
Tracking Weight, Food, Activity
Track My Food
To find a food, enter the name in the search box. You can also add a brand name to narrow down
the list, if there's a brand.
If you don't see a matching result, there is a link to Add New Food in the suggested results list. Click
that to add a food.
