noise during use. To ensure that your treadmill continues to function
properly, you can follow the following instructions in combination with
the supplied parts.
Anti-slip coating
The feet of the treadmill have an anti-slip coating, which may leave
marks on the floor. In that case, we recommend placing a mat under the
treadmill.
Aligning the belt
Some shifting of the belt is normal over time. You can easily realign it
using the provided hex key. There are two openings on the back of the
treadmill, both left and right, covered by flaps. You can use the hex key
to adjust the belt through these openings to straighten it out.
1. Start the treadmill at 1 km/h.
2. Place the hex key in the opening on the side where you want to
shift the belt from. Turn the key a quarter turn and leave it in
place.
3. Set the treadmill to 5 km/h and let it run for a few minutes.
4. Once the belt is straight again, remove the hex key.
Lubricating the belt
We recommend lubricating the belt at the following intervals:
- Less than 3 hours per week of use: every 6 months.
- Between 4 and 7 hours per week of use: every 3 months.
- More than 7 hours per week of use: every month.
- If the belt starts to hesitate, lubricate it immediately.
