You can apply the lubricant with the provided bottle:
1. Lift the belt in the middle on one side, ensuring there are no other
substances underneath it.
2. Apply a few drops of lubricant under the belt, close to the edge.
3. Reconnect the treadmill to the power source. Set the treadmill to
a speed of 1 km/h.
4. After five minutes, the lubricant will be evenly distributed across
the belt.
