Replacing the dust bag
If the bag status indicator turns on, check
and, if necessary, replace the dust bag.
Press on the release pedal and li the lid of
the dust bag compartment.
Remove the dust bag; discard it or empty it
if it is a reusable bag. The dust bag should
be disposed of conscienously and with
care.
Substute with a new bag.
Close the lid and the dust bag lid.
Note: The bag status indicator can also ash
if there is a blockage. In this case, check for
the cause of the blockage.
FILTERS
The motor protecon lter (placed next
to the bag) should be removed and rinsed
with water twice per year or whenever
visibly clogged. If the lter is damaged, it
should be replaced with a new lter.
If the lter is worn, it must be cleaned in
a mely manner. To do so, remove the
grille and shake the lter to remove the
accumulated debris.
Aerwards, return the lter and grille to
their original posion.
To maintain the good performance of your
vacuum, the motor protecon lter and
exhaust lter (HEPA) should be washed
aer the bag has been replaced 5 mes.
Hand wash the lters in warm water and
allow them to dry completely before
returning them to the vacuum.
Note: Do not use hot water or detergents. If
the lters should become damaged, replace
them.
Do not aempt to use the vacuum without
its respecve bag and lters being installed.
