CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
WARNING
Unplug the appliance when not in use
and before any cleaning and maintenance
operaons.
Do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaning
agents or solvents.
Never immerse the base motor, cable or
plug in water or other liquids and do not
place in the dishwasher.
The blades are very sharp. Handle them
with cauon.
Wash the blades, boles and lids with water
and a lile detergent. You can also mix
water with a lile detergent and run the
appliance with this mixture for 15 seconds.
Then wash the blade holder and bole
under running water and let dry before
storing.
Clean the base motor with a damp cloth
and then dry with a dry cloth.
OPERATING
Do not leave the device unaended when it
is in use, so that you can intervene quickly
in the event of danger.
DANGER - NEVER ATTACH THE BLADE
HOLDER TO THE BASE MOTOR WITHOUT
PROPERLY THREADING THE BOTTLE INTO
THE BLADE HOLDER.
Before rst use
Before using the product for the rst
me, clean the parts in contact with
food as described in the CLEANING AND
MAINTENANCE chapter.
Use
Place the base motor on a stable, clean and
dry at surface.
Make sure the base motor is disconnected
from the power supply.
Completely unwind the cable before
plugging it into the socket.
Place previously cut food in the bole.
Note - the temperature of the food must
not exceed 50ºC.
Screw the blade holder onto the bole.
Make sure the blade holder is securely
screwed onto the bole before placing it
on the base motor.
Place the bole on the motor base and turn
it clockwise unl it clicks into place in the
LOCK posion. The device does not work
if the bole with the blade holder is not
placed correctly.
Connect the device to the mains current.
Turn the ON/OFF knob clockwise and keep
it turned unl the mixture reaches the
desired consistency.
