RETURN POLICY
Bikes may be returned within 30 days of bike user account
setup, or within 90 days of receiving the bike, whichever
occurs first.
Accessory items purchased as standalone products may be
returned within 30 days of receiving shipment.
To qualify for a full refund, all products must be in new, un-
used condition with its original packaging. Proof of purchase
is required with original receipt. Any refund will be applied to
the original credit card used in the purchase transaction.
