Settings
10 number memory
Switches for various settings are found on the underside of the phone.
FLEX ergo can store up to 10 phone numbers. Each phone number can be up to 32
digits long. To store phone numbers, the one-touch memory label must be removed to
reveal the
(store) button.
Ringer volume
High (HI)
Low (LO)
Silent (OFF)
Incoming/outgoing
volume switch
Choose to amplify your
callers voice (IN) or your
voice (OUT).
Ringer tone
Lets you set the tone of the
ringer, from low (R1) to high
(R3)
Mode selector
Lets you interact with exchange
services. Default setting is TB.
Store a number in the 10 number memory
• Lift the handset or press
• Press
• Press the - button you want to use as the memory location
• Enter the phone number (up to 32 digits)
• Press to confirm. You will hear a confirmation beep. Hang up the phone.
To edit a stored number, simply store a new one. To delete a stored number, use the same
procedure without entering any digit. To insert a pause in a stored number, press .
This will insert a 2.5 second delay. This can be useful for example when connected to a
switchboard
.
