Procedure for
Aluminum Tailgate Ramp
When using the tailgate ramp, the trailer can either be le in regular (upright) position, or partially tilted using the limiter strap.

Tailgate ramp removes in
seconds with no tools.
Simply tilt back and remove.
To lower tailgate ramp,
simply squeeze the spring-
loaded center latch.
Lubricating Tailgate Latch Pins
Tailgate latch pins must be regularly inspected, cleaned and lubricated with a spray silicone-based lubricant to prevent binding.
Failure to do so can result in repairs not covered by the warranty.
Upon re-installation,
verify ramp hinges pin
are fully seated in trailer
hinges, failure to do so
may result in damage to
trailer hinge(s)
