WARRANTY

Flybar warrants the original purchaser, that the product is free of defects in material

and workmanship for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. This

warranty does not apply to defects of physical damage resulng from abuse, neglect,

improper repair, improper t, alteraons, or use unintended by the manufacturer. If

your Flybar Aero Scooter is found to be defecve in materials or workmanship with-

in one year from the date of purchase, Flybar will, at its discreon, either repair or

replace the scooter free of charge. Proof or purchase is required.

In 1918 George Hansburg was inspired to invent the pogo sck. Soon aer develop-

ing the original pogo sck, Hansburg brought his idea to personal friend, Florenz

Ziegfeld, of the world-famous Ziegfeld Follies. Ziegfeld, the eminent Broadway impre-

sario of the day immediately choreographed a pogo roune into his Follies show. The

Follies made pogo scks the latest craze and demand went through the roof. To

meet the demand, Hansburg opened a factory in NY and 99 years later Flybar conn-

ues to be the world’s leading pogo innovator and The Original Pogo Sck Company.

We are sll passionate about pogos aer 99 years, and are proud that Flybar pogos

are “the standard by which all pogos are measured”.

Flybar today is not just pogos. New products for toddlers, slts, scooters , swings and

skateboards are all designed and developed with the passion and innovaon George
