14. Trouble Shooting
Water Production is
very slow
Ambient Temperature or humidity is out
of working range.
The compressor will not run if
the ambient temperature is
below 15C or above 43 C or if
the humidity is below 25%
Place Machine in an area with
better air circulation.
The air intake is blocked.
The Compressor is
not running
Check if the voltage is stable.
Use voltage regulator for more
stable voltage.
Turn the machine off for a few minutes
and restart.
There is a 3 minute delay on
the compressor when the
machine restarts.
Ambient temperature or humidity is out

The compressor will not run if
the ambient temperature is

if the humidity is below 25%
The machine is not levelled correctly or
on an uneven surface.
Adjust the foot bearers to level
and balance the machine.
The supporting foot bearers are not
distributing weight evenly.
The machine is
leaking water
If the machine was moved, it may have
caused the tank to spill over.
If leaking continues, unplug
machine and contact local
service centre.
Press Cold and no
water is dispensed
Unplug machine and contact
local service centre.
Water Level on display Red & Flashing
Tank level is too low, wait for
tank level to rise.
Press Hot and no
water is dispensed
Unplug machine and contact
local service centre.
Press and hold Child lock for 3
seconds then dispense hot
water within 15 seconds.
The hot water temperature on the display
is below 85 C
Water is not hot enough.
Please wait.
Press Hot and only
cold water is
dispensed.
The temperature sensor in the hot water
tank is faulty.
Contact local service centre.
Press Child Lock but
it does not unlock
Contact Local Service centre
Water Filters need to be replaced.
