What to do if my FOHERE Meat Grinder stops working during use?

  If the FOHERE Meat Grinder stops working during use, first check if the power is normal. If the power is fine, the device may have overheated from prolonged use. Allow the machine to cool down before restarting it; it's recommended not to use it continuously for more than five minutes. Also, if you put too much food quickly, causing the machine to open the self-protection mode, turn off the switch and disconnect the power, take out the food and cut it into small pieces, then finally put it into the grinder and start the machine. If problems persist, contact customer service.

Why is my FOHERE MG-2950R shaking or making noise?

  Shaking or noise in FOHERE Meat Grinder can occur if the grinding parts are not installed correctly. Turn off the switch and disconnect the power supply, take out the ingredients and then refer to the product assembly guidelines on Page 6 to assemble the meat grinder blade components correctly, lastly, re-energize it for use. Ensure the grinder is placed on a smooth surface. If you've added too many ingredients, turn off the switch, disconnect the power, remove some ingredients, and restart the machine. If the issue continues, contact customer service.

  If your FOHERE Meat Grinder is blocked while grinding meat, turn off the switch, press REV, and try again. If there is too much food, turn off the switch and disconnect the power supply then take out the ingredients and continue to use with power on. Also, improper handling of ingredients or Cutting Blade installed in reverse can cause the blockage. Please refer to ingredient types and pre-treatment recommendations in the product use guide on page 6, or refer to the selection guide of cutting blade accessories on Page 6. If the issue persists, contact customer service.

  If you notice parts or food discoloration with your FOHERE Meat Grinder, it's likely due to improper cleaning or maintenance of the accessories. All accessories cannot be cleaned in the dishwasher, please refer to Page 14 product cleaning guidelines. Please clean the product accessories in time after use, refer to Page 14 Product Maintenance Guidelines.
