INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
SELECTING AN AUDIO SOURCE
Start to play the audio source. Select the audio source input with the CD, TUNER, AUX selector on the front
panel.
USB/SD PLAYER
To play the contents of a memory from the USB/SD player, select the USB/SD position on the audio source
selector on the front panel.
The player will automatically select the storage device that is connected. Firstly, it will try to read the USB
port and then the SD. You can change between the two with the SD/USB button on the remote control.
The USB/SD player accepts the connection of memories and formatted USB hard disks with FAT 16 or FAT
32 file systems.
AUTOMATIC PLAYBACK
When the player finds a storage device, it automatically starts playing its content. It will play all the contents
consecutively and when it reaches the end it will start playing again from the beginning (REPEAT ALL mode).
The display will show the ID3 information tag for the track, if it is available. If the ID3 information tag has
been deselected, the playback time and track number will be shown. In this playback mode, the tracks are
numbered depending on the total number of files in the storage device.
You can select the next or the previous track with the 7 (previous) or 8 (next) buttons on the front panel or
on the remote control. You can also select tracks by skipping ten tracks at a time using the buttons +10 or
-10 on the remote control.
PLAYING FOLDERS
With the up and down buttons on the remote control you can select among the folders in the storage device.
When a folder is selected its contents will be repeated (REPEAT FOLDER playback mode).
PLAYBACK MODES
The RANDOM button on the front panel or remote control selects random order playback. All the contents
in the storage device will be reproduced randomly.
The REPEAT button on the remote control allows selection among REPEAT FILE, REPEAT FOLDER, SCAN
(play the first seconds of each track) and REPEAT SCAN OFF (deactivate repetition modes).
To repeat a file: pause playback, select REPEAT FILE mode and then the file that you want to repeat.
To repeat the contents of a folder, select a folder (the REPEAT FOLDER mode will be activated by default)
or press the REPEAT button. If you deactivate the REPEAT FOLDER mode, after playing the contents of a
folder all the files will be played again consecutively starting with those in the present folder.
In this playback mode, the tracks are numbered according to the total number of files in the folder.
SCAN mode plays the first 10 seconds of each track. It is used for pre-listening to the contents of a storage
device.
For deactivating any playback mode, select the REPEAT SCAN OFF option.
