The process of e-boiling+ is part of a comprehensive
3-Stage Purification Process. Ultra-violet rays are used
to destroy waterborne disease-causing micro-
organisms, thereby ensuring that every drop of water
from a Forbes Water Purifier is as pure, as safe as
water boiled for 20 minutes. Plus more.

Activated Carbon Chamber
The water then passes through a specially treated
antibacterial activated carbon, which reduces colour,
odour, organic, chemical impurities and free gases
like chlorine.
Ultra-Violet Chamber
The next stage is where the water is subjected to ultra-
violet treatment where ultra-violet rays electro-boil
water. This is a proven method for eliminating
waterborne disease-causing bacteria, viruses and
protozoans. In fact, Forbe’s ultra-violet germicidal
dosage destroys all known waterborne disease-causing
micro-organisms while retaining essential minerals and
nutrients in the water. The UV treated water is always
safe to drink. Moreover, Forbes Classic has a UV lamp
of 8 Watts which purifies more water in less time.

The Sediment Filter
The water first passes through the sediment filter
which incorporates a specially developed multi-
layered yarn cartridge (please refer to diagram on
page 4). This strains out physical impurities present in
the water, such as dust, dirt and mud.
