Your Forbes Water Purifier has a one-year warranty
(please refer to warranty terms in this user guide) after
which we advise you to enter into our 'Forbes Service
Plan', an Annual Service Maintenance Contract that is an
investment for the smooth functioning of your Forbes
Water Purifier and for your family's health.
Forbes Service Plan provides:
1) Two routine check-up visits every year during
which your Forbes Water Purifier is thoroughly
checked and cleaned.
2) Replacement of the Sediment Filter and Activated
Carbon. Our trained technicians will examine your
existing filter/cartridge and will clean/replace as per
the requirement.
3) Replacement of any exhausted parts, including
Ultra-violet Lamp.
4) All replacements are done with genuine, thoroughly
inspected service spares.

above 3 stages, Forbes Classic has one more
benefit. A unique Electronic Monitoring System.
This electronic eye monitors the purification
process and stops the flow of water
immediately, if the level of purification is
inadequate.

Decalcifier - Electronic impulses are
produced to prevent scaling of the quartz tube

fluctuating/low voltage.
Auto Shut-off - The UV lamp is switched off if
water is not drawn for 10 minutes, thus
