Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Assemble Base Frame Components

Assemble the main base frame with guide rods, bumpers, and shock springs.

Step 2: Attach Side Base Support

Connect the side base support frame to the main base frame and add cross beam.

Step 3: Connect Rear Base Support

Attach the flat bracket to the rear base support and connect to the main base frame.

Step 4: Assemble Leg Press Frame

Attach leg press block frame, backrest support, and seat pad to the side base support.

Step 5: Install Leg Press Supports

Attach leg press rear and front supports to the outer adjust tube and side base support.

Step 6: Attach Sit Up Base Frame

Attach sit up base frame and board to the leg press backrest support.

Step 7: Assemble Chin Up Bar Support

Assemble chin up bar support and upper frame.

Step 8: Install Weight Stacks

Assemble weight plates, selector stem, and guide rods for the weight stacks.

Step 9: Attach Guide Rod Holders

Attach left and right guide rod holders to the guide rods and upper frame.

Step 10: Connect Power Tower Frame

Attach the power tower frame to the main base frame and connect guide rod holders.

Step 11: Attach Dip Arms and Handles

Attach L&R dip arms to the power tower frame and insert VKR handles.

Step 12: Assemble Front Press and Supports

Connect front press frame, pulley brackets, and supports.

Step 13: Attach Butterfly Frames and Handles

Attach butterfly frames and press handles.

Step 14: Connect Push Up Tubes and Handles

Connect push up tubes and handles.

Step 15: Attach Arm Curl Pads and Backrest Pad

Attach arm curl pads and backrest pad.

Step 16: Install Leg Press Handles

Attach leg press handles and adjustable tube.

Step 17: Cable Loop Diagram (Upper Cable)

Route upper cable through pulleys and frame.

Step 18: Butterfly Cable Connection

Connect butterfly cable to pulleys and frames.

Step 19: Lower Cable Loop Diagram

Route lower cable through pulleys and frame.

Step 20: Leg Press Cable Diagram

Route leg press cables through pulleys and frames.

Step 21: Attach Pads and Foam Roll Tubes

Attach pads and foam roll tubes to supports.

Step 22: Install Weight Stack Covers

Attach weight stack covers.
