3, The Role of Mixers
3.1 The Shape Mixer is a versatile shape blender mixer, mainly used for mashed
potatoes and other vegetables, stir cake, paste or ice tilting and so on.
It can also be used in industry to mix some of the material,ruband mix all kinds of
ingredients and ice shaped objects.
For most operations, usually in the beginning i grade (low) and usually end in the
mixing ⅱgrade (medium speed).
3.2 The Ball Mixer is a one for mixing the air as well as food material in the light
mixer.
Its uses include: jitter cheese, egg, stirring very light ice bar, and other similar
applications.
using the Ball Mixer, usually Gradeⅱ(medium speed) and Grade ⅲ (high speed) .
3.3 Hook-Shaped stirrer is used to stack the food blender kneading and
stretching. Used for bread and pizza on the material for mixing, stirring to get the best
results.
These mixers are also suitable for use on a variety of yeast dough mixing
operation. These mixers should be used with Grade i (low).
