Use this table to identify system ERRORS. The
error conditions are indicated by the SIGNAL LEDs
when the PWR LED is flashing fast
NOTE: If on startup the Low Signal LED Flashes fast,
in stead of the Signal LEDs pulsing Up and Down,
the Battery Voltage is LOW.
