  If you're experiencing excessive pump pressure with your Frank Pressure Washer, it might be due to a blocked nozzle. Remove and clean the nozzle, then flush the spray lance without the nozzle mounted. Another possible cause is using the wrong spray nozzle; make sure to mount the specified nozzle. Additionally, the heating coil could be blocked with lime, requiring you to delime the heating coil (see section 6.2).

Why is Frank Pressure Washer not dispensing chemicals?

  If there is no flow of chemicals in your Frank Pressure Washer, the chemical filter on the suction hose may be blocked. Clean the filter. Another possibility is a blocked dosing valve, which should also be cleaned. Also, check if the chemical tank is empty or if the filter basket on the suction hose is not below the liquid level; refill chemicals and lower the filter basket accordingly.
