Why is my Frank FH 711 TS Pressure Washer machine not running?
    • D
      Daniel RodgersAug 9, 2025
If your Frank Pressure Washer machine isn't running or switches off, it could be due to no current or low voltage. Have an expert check the fuse of the local installation and control fuses in the circuit box of the machine, replacing them if necessary. Also, check the supply cable, wall socket, and voltage. Another cause may be excessive pump pressure, which causes the motor protection switch to cut out, consult the “Excessive pump pressure“ section.

If your Frank Pressure Washer machine permanently switches on and off when the spray gun is closed, it indicates a leakage in the pressure system. You should check the pipes, hoses, fittings, spray gun, and heating coil for leaks. Fix seals on leaking parts or have them replaced by an expert.

If the burner of your Frank Pressure Washer fails to switch on or switches off during operation, it could be due to a lack of water. Ensure a sufficient water supply. Another possible reason is a lack of fuel oil; in this case, refill the fuel oil.

How to fix low pressure on Frank FH 711 TS Pressure Washer?
    • J
      Joanne McdonaldAug 25, 2025
If your Frank Pressure Washer pump fails to reach the prescribed pressure, it could be due to several reasons. Check for leakage in the suction hose or chemical suction hose, and retighten screw connections, replacing sealings if necessary; tighten hose clips; check the dosing valve for leaks, and replace it if necessary. Other potential causes include leaking pump seals (have an expert check pump seals and plungers for wear and replace if necessary), a worn nozzle (mount a new nozzle), using the wrong nozzle (mount the specified nozzle), or a dirty water filter within the water inlet tank (clean the filter).

Why is there too much pressure in Frank FH 711 TS Pressure Washer?
    • K
      Kaylee ReynoldsAug 29, 2025
If you're experiencing excessive pump pressure with your Frank Pressure Washer, it might be due to a blocked nozzle. Remove and clean the nozzle, then flush the spray lance without the nozzle mounted. Another possible cause is using the wrong spray nozzle; make sure to mount the specified nozzle. Additionally, the heating coil could be blocked with lime, requiring you to delime the heating coil (see section 6.2).

Why is Frank Pressure Washer not dispensing chemicals?
    • J
      johnreedSep 3, 2025
If there is no flow of chemicals in your Frank Pressure Washer, the chemical filter on the suction hose may be blocked. Clean the filter. Another possibility is a blocked dosing valve, which should also be cleaned. Also, check if the chemical tank is empty or if the filter basket on the suction hose is not below the liquid level; refill chemicals and lower the filter basket accordingly.
