  If your Freedom Enterprise Music Pedal isn't displaying video, make sure the unit is powered on. Confirm that you're using RCA cables in the top RCA ports, as RCA to 3.5mm cables commonly found with video cameras are not compatible. Also, ensure you’re using proper 3.5mm TS or TRS patch cables for patching, with signal on the Tip. Double-check your patching as well.

  To stabilize the video on your Freedom Enterprise Music Pedal: * Patch the Sync Mixer after the Enhancer to restore video sync. * Make sure the Sync Mixer knob isn’t fully counter-clockwise. * Reduce the Gain, Feedback 1, and Feedback 2 knobs.

  If your Freedom Enterprise Music Pedal isn't powering on, try using both the Micro USB and USB-C power ports. If that doesn't work, replace the Micro USB / USB-C cable. As a last resort, replace the power adapter.
