  If the power turns off during use of your Freemotion Fitness Equipment, first, inspect and tighten all parts each time the treadmill is used. If the switch has tripped, wait five minutes before pressing it back in. Also, ensure the power cord is properly plugged in. If it is, unplug it, wait five minutes, and plug it back in. Finally, try removing and reinserting the key from the console.

Why does the walking belt slip when walked on on my Freemotion 800 Fitness Equipment?

  If your Freemotion Fitness Equipment walking belt slips when walked on, use the hex key to turn both idler roller screws clockwise, 1/4 of a turn. When the walking belt is correctly tightened, you should be able to lift each edge of the walking belt 2 to 3 inches off the walking platform.

How to fix a Freemotion 800 Fitness Equipment when the power does not turn on?

  First, ensure that the power cord is plugged into a properly earthed outlet. Then, with the power cord plugged in, make sure the key is inserted into the console. Lastly, check the power switch on the treadmill frame near the power cord. If it protrudes, the switch has tripped. To reset it, wait five minutes and then press the switch back in.

What to do if the walking belt is off-center on my Freemotion 800?

  If the walking belt is off-center on your Freemotion Fitness Equipment, and it has shifted to the left, use the hex key to turn the left idler roller screw clockwise 1/2 of a turn; if the walking belt has shifted to the right, turn the left idler roller screw counterclockwise 1/2 of a turn.

Why does the walking belt slows when walked on my Freemotion 800 Fitness Equipment?

  If the walking belt slows when walked on, use only a 3-conductor, 14-gauge cord that is no longer than 5 ft. Also, your treadmill features a walking belt coated with high-performance lubricant. If the walking belt is overtightened, treadmill performance may decrease and the walking belt may become damaged. Remove the key and unplug the power cord. Using the hex key, turn both idler roller screws counterclockwise, 1/4 of a turn. When the walking belt is properly tightened, you should be able to lift each edge of the walking belt 2 to 3 in. off the walking platform.
