Function Description:
The Fridgemaster Fridge Freezer is designed for household and similar applications, including staff kitchen areas, farmhouses, hotels, motels, bed and breakfast environments, and catering. Its primary function is to keep food and beverages fresh and frozen. The appliance features separate compartments for refrigeration and freezing, allowing for optimal storage conditions for various food types. It incorporates a No Frost system, eliminating the need for manual defrosting. The refrigerator compartment is suitable for storing vegetables, fruits, and other fresh foods, while the freezer compartment is designed for long-term storage of frozen items like meat and ice cream. A water dispenser is integrated into the fridge door for easy access to chilled drinking water.

Usage Features:
- Display Controls: The appliance features a control panel with icons for temperature settings and different modes. The backlighting of the icons activates upon power-on and turns off after 60 seconds if no buttons are pressed and doors are closed.
- Lock Function: All buttons are locked if the lock icon is illuminated. Pressing the "Mode" button for 3 seconds unlocks them. The fridge automatically locks after 20 seconds of inactivity.
- Temperature Control: Users can adjust the temperature for both the refrigerator and freezer compartments. Recommended initial settings are 4°C for the refrigerator and -18°C for the freezer.
- Super Cool Mode: This mode rapidly cools food, preserving freshness for longer. It automatically switches off after 6 hours, setting the fridge temperature to 2°C.
- Super Freeze Mode: This mode quickly lowers the freezer temperature to freeze food faster, locking in vitamins and nutrients. It automatically switches off after 26 hours, setting the freezer temperature to -24°C.
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) Mode: When activated, the appliance automatically adjusts the fridge temperature to 4°C and the freezer temperature to -18°C.
- Door Alarm: An alarm sounds if the fridge or freezer door remains open for over 2 minutes. The buzzer stops automatically after 10 minutes or when the door is closed.
- Adjustable Doors: If doors are not level, a screwdriver can be used to adjust the bolt on the lower hinge to raise the door, then lock the nut in place.
- Refrigerator Compartment: Equipped with 4 glass shelves and multiple door racks for organized storage of eggs, canned liquids, bottled drinks, and packed food. Shelves and racks are adjustable in height.
- Freezer Compartment: Includes drawers mounted on telescopic extension slides for storing large volumes of frozen food.
- Ice Box: A removable accessory for making and storing ice cubes. Water should be poured into the ice tray up to the top line.
- Water Dispenser: Located in the fridge door, it provides chilled water. The water tank can be removed for cleaning. Before dispensing, ensure the lock device is in the "UNLOCK" position.
Maintenance Features:
- Cleaning:
- The appliance (interior and exterior) should be cleaned regularly, at least every two months.
- Caution: Disconnect from mains power before cleaning to avoid electrical shock.
- Exterior: Wipe the digital panel and display with a soft cloth. Clean doors, handles, and cabinet surfaces with a mild detergent and soft cloth. Avoid sharp objects, thinners, car detergents, Clorox, ethereal oils, abrasive cleansers, or organic solvents like Benzene.
- Interior: Clean regularly, especially when food stocks are low. Use a weak solution of bicarbonate of soda and warm water, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
- Door Seals: Keep clean to prevent sticking and tearing. Wash with mild detergent and warm water, rinse, and dry thoroughly before powering on.
- Water Tank: Remove the water tank, lid, and head for cleaning with water. Dry thoroughly.
- Defrosting: The appliance features an automatic defrost cycle, so manual defrosting is not required. If frost occurs, refer to the cleaning and care chapter.
- LED Light Replacement: The LED light must not be replaced by the user. Contact a qualified, registered electrician for assistance if damaged.
- Troubleshooting: The manual provides a troubleshooting guide for common issues such as the appliance not working, odours, noise, continuous motor running, and frost accumulation. It advises users to perform simple checks before contacting a qualified electrician or service engineer.
