      Check that your temperature is correctly set and is not at a too low temperature. Also, check that you haven’t kept this meat too long in the freezer.

      This is normal for food that contains a lot of sugar, fat or alcohol not to freeze completely and to remain partially soft (ice cream, fruit juice, etc…).
