What to do if my Frigidaire EFIC128-BLACK-6COM cycle is normal but no ice is formed?
    • B
      brettrichardAug 16, 2025
If your Frigidaire Ice Maker is producing ice, but no ice is being formed, it could be due to a few reasons: * The room or water temperature is too high. The room temperature should be between 50°F and 105°F, and the water temperature should be between 40°F and 90°F. * There may be a refrigerant leak in the cooling system. This needs to be verified by a qualified technician. * A pipe in the cooling system may be blocked. This also needs to be verified by a qualified technician.

If the “ICE FULL” indicator is on for your Frigidaire Ice Maker, it indicates that the ice basket is full. Remove the ice from the basket. You can also continuously press the “Select” button for 5 seconds to allow the unit to make ice for 10 cycles, even when the “Ice” indicator is on.
