What to do if my FRIGOGLASS Freezer has water on the floor?
    • N
      Nicole ThompsonAug 5, 2025
If you find water on the floor near your FRIGOGLASS Freezer, it could be due to a blocked drainage hole for condensate water. Try unblocking the drainage hole. If the issue persists, there might be a leakage in the tray, which requires a service technician.

Why is my FRIGOGLASS Super 800 SD ICM not working?
    • L
      Laurie ThompsonAug 15, 2025
Your FRIGOGLASS Freezer ICM might not be working due to several reasons: * The power cord may not be plugged in, so ensure it is properly connected. * There might be no power coming through the socket; check the fuse/MCB on the mains. * The thermostat setting may be incorrect; rotate the thermostat knob clockwise. * If you've recently reloaded the ICM with warm products, it can take 8-16 hours to cool them down. Preferably, reload the ICM before night closing. * Improper loading can block air circulation. Load the ICM according to the standards provided by the company.

Why does my FRIGOGLASS Freezer ICM sometimes make noise?
    • M
      murphycarolineAug 25, 2025
A certain amount of noise is unavoidable because a powerful mechanism is needed. Also, Ice Cold Merchandisers are of dynamic type, according to the specifications that the company is offering. If you hear intense metallic noise, call a service technician. If the floor is inclined or curved, level the ICM properly by adjusting its feet, using a spirit level to assist you.
