Why is the flow rate too high in my Fristam Pumps Water Pump?

If the flow rate of your Fristam Pumps Water Pump is too high, it could be because the discharge-side valve is opened too wide or the discharge line diameter is too large. Try throttling the valve or reducing the nominal pipe size by inserting an orifice plate. Alternatively, the impeller diameter might be too large; in that case, trim the impeller outside diameter or reduce the speed with a frequency converter, or contact Fristam.
