With cell and environment temperature between 20 and 30°C, if the evaporation temperature is
below -25/-30°C and the condensation temperature 2-5°C higher than the environment
temperature, the capillary or filter could be clogged
The slightly brined or colder filter with respect to the condenser outlet pipe, is a sign of obstruction
Replace the filter and the
capillary
Load the system with the correct amount of refrigerant see “data plate”
Once the system has been loaded, make sure it works properly see “installation check list/functional testing”
If the equipment has already been repaired and recharged with gas, empty the
system and charge respecting the shown values see “data plate”
If there is no marked temperature difference between the evaporation temperature and the
condensation temperature, at least 30-40°C, the compressor valve plate is faulty
Replace the compressor and its liquid filter see “Compressor replacement”
Load the system with the correct amount of refrigerant see “data plate”
Once the system has been loaded, make sure it works properly see “installation check list/functional testing”
Failure of the compressor valve plate is often a symptom of liquid returns from the evaporator
Make sure that the evaporator fans work properly see “The evaporator fan does not work” and that
the defrosting works correctly see "Ice formation on evaporator"
