    A.)Turnoffthetreadmill,switchoffatthemainpowerswitchandpullouttheplug.
    B.)Liftthetreadmilldeckuptowardsthemainconsole.Youshouldfeelthetreadmillgasspring
system engage.
    C.)Tolowerthetreadmilldeck,pressthegasspringsysteminwithyourfootto   
    disengagethelock.Thetreadmilldeckcannowbeloweredtotheground.
Thetreadmillcanthenbemovedbytiltingthetreadmilldecktowardsyouontoits      
transportation wheels. (Please ensure the power cord cable has been disconnected
from the treadmill before attempting to move it).
