4. Route chassis harness (5CS50913) starting
from the battery harness to the right rear of
the tractor near the ROPS. Follow the main
chassis harness under the operator station
platform and retain the chassis harness to
the main chassis harness at least every 10"
and on both sides of a bend.
NOTICE: Wire routing must ensure no wires/
conduit are in direct contact with moving parts
and/or high temperature components.
5. Route switch harness (5CS50914) from the
end of the chassis harness up the ROPS on
the right hand side of the tractor.
6. Secure the switch harness to the ROPS
using the supplied fir tree clip.
7. Route free end of harness (marked with blue
tape) back towards the rear of the tractor
and secure to the switch harness with wire
tie.
NOTE: The free end of the harness should be
oriented at the rear of the tractor free of the 3pt
linkage in a suitable location to connect to the
sprayer.
8. Connect Extension Harness (5CS50915)
to the pump and retain to harness retention
bracket (A) near pump with a wire tie.
9. Store free end of harness in harness
retention bracket slot (B).
10. Connect Battery Harness, black wire to
negative terminal and red wire to positive
terminal. Wires should exit the battery
terminals towards the center of the battery.
NOTE: Ensure positive battery terminal boot is
covering the battery terminal and no exposed
metal is visible.
Preparation for installation on 2032R, 2038R
1. Mark center of drill location 1-1/4" rearward
from battery hold down bracket and 1" from
leftward edge of battery recess on the left
side of the tractor. If battery tray design
differs from image shown, drill in the general
vicinity that will accommodate the grommet's
size.
2. If required to fit drill, remove battery - follow
your tractor operator manual instructions for
