Dealer Set-Up Instructions
Assembly of this equipment is the responsibility
of the Frontier dealer. It should be delivered to
the owner completely assembled and adjusted
for normal operating conditions. In most
cases the Sprayer will be shipped completely
assembled with the only assembly being the
boom.
Remove Sprayer from Shipping Pallet
1. Remove plastic stretch wrap from sprayer
and boom.
2. Remove hardware that used to secure
sprayer to pallet and remove sprayer from
pallet.
3. If options are supplied, remove these from
the pallet.
4. Remove harnesses from inside of sprayer
tank.

Preparing Vehicle
Install Wiring Harness
CAUTION: Avoid Injury! Refer to the
Safety Section of this manual and the
Tractor Operator's Manual for safe
maintenance procedures.
NOTE: For installation on 2032R, 2038R, 3E
or 3D Series tractors, please see instructions
below
1. Remove LH side engine cover and operator
station platform in order to improve access
to main chassis harness and ensure safe
and proper harness routing. LH pedestal
cover may be removed for improved access
for 2032R, 2038R, 3D and 3E series.
2. Starting with the Battery Harness
(5CS50912), route harness along positive
battery cable and secure with wire tie near
yellow tape. For 1023E, 1025R and 2025R
tractors, skip to Step 4.
For 2032R, 2038R, 3D and 3E Series
Tractors:
3. Retain harness using edge clip (5CS43984)
from rear edge of battery tray.
