IMPORTANT: Avoid damage! Do not use a
wire to clean the opening (E) in the spray tip.
1. Wash the screen (D) and spray tip (B) in a
nonammable solvent.
2. Align the at side (F) of the spray tip with the
at on the opening of the spray nozzle (A),
and install the spray tip into the nozzle.
NOTE: Verify that the opening (E) in the spray
tip is pointing down when the nozzle assembly
is installed on the nozzle socket.
3. Install the screen (D) into the nozzle socket
on the boom.
4. Install nozzle assembly on the nozzle
socket.
NOTE: Due to normal wear, Teejet® recom-
mends replacing sprayer nozzles after every
spraying season. Nozzle replacement will
ensure accurate spraying performance.
Cleaning and Replacing Filter
CAUTION: Chemicals can be
dangerous. Avoid injury to operator
or bystanders.
Do not put the nozzle tips or other parts to
your lips to blow out dirt.
If spray comes in contact with your body,
immediately follow directions on chemical
container pertaining to spray material.
NOTICE: Spray material captured in hoses
may leak out when lter is removed. Clean
the area immediatley after servicing.
1. Turn all Section Control valves to OFF.
2. Turn shut off valve (A) to OFF Position
(away from lter) under tank.
3. Unscrew lter Housing (B) and remove lter.
4. To clean lter ush with clean water and
reinstall lter. Ensure lter housing (B) is
tight.
5. Turn shut off valve (A) to ON Position
(towards lter) and check for leaks around
lter housing.
