What to do if FrontLine 10SS-NA Industrial Equipment caddy motor runs but no oil will pump?

If the caddy motor runs, but no oil is being pumped, there are several possible causes. First, check that the disconnect fittings are properly connected. Ensure the female disconnect fitting is correctly attached to the male fitting. The caddy hose or pump may be plugged with grease. Try running the caddy hose under hot water to liquefy any grease that may be clogging it. Also, you can remove the four screws on the front of the pump to clean the inlet and outlet port of the pump, and the rotor gear. Additionally, ensure that nothing is blocking the inlet tube that goes down into the oil and that the oil being discarded is in liquid state.

How to troubleshoot FrontLine 10SS-NA caddy motor that will not run?

      Trevor MatthewsAug 25, 2025
If the caddy motor isn't running, start by checking that the motor is turned ON using the switch located on the back of it. Also, check if the caddy motor reset switch has tripped and press it if necessary. Ensure the caddy power cord is completely plugged into both the motor and the control panel receptacle. Verify that the tank or control panel at the fill station are properly plugged in and that the outlet they are plugged into has power. If the outlet has no power, check the circuit breaker and ensure the outlet isn't controlled by a switch that has been turned off.
