Operation
Followthesestepswhenworkingwithyourcaddy.
1.Completealloperationswiththe
propersafetygearthatincludeseye
goggles,hotoilgloves,andahot
oil apron.
2.Makesurethelterbasketis
inplacebeforeoilisdrainedinto
thecaddy.
3.Openthelidonthecaddy
andpositionitunderthefryer.
4.Draintheusedcookingoil
intothecaddybeingcarefulof
hotoil.Grillgreaseorchicken
drippingsmaybedisposedif
placedinthelterbasketand
mixedwithhotoil.
5. Note that the temperature
shouldbeatleast100F(38C)
butnothigherthan375F
(190C).
Never drain oil into the caddy without the lter basket in place as this will cause serious
damage to the pump.
6.Securethecaddylidwiththe
safetylatchbeforemovingthe
caddy.

DANGER: This ltering unit is intended for use with oil at temperatures between 100° F (38° C)
and 375° F (190°C). Always wear protective, heat-resistant gloves, heat-resistant apron and
goggles when using this equipment. Failure to properly use this equipment can lead to serious
injury or death.
