Warranty Provisions

Frymaster Corporation warrants all components against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year.

Parts Return

All defective in-warranty parts must be returned to a Frymaster Authorized Factory Service Center within 60 days for credit.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover equipment damaged due to misuse, abuse, alteration, or accident.

Installation and Operation

HLZ Installation/Setup

Upon arrival, inspect the HLZ for concealed damage. Report any damage to the delivering freight company.

HLZ Operation

Plug the unit into the power source and follow operational procedures for setup and use.

Computer Operation and Programming

Programming Temperatures

You are able to program the setpoint temperature of both the air heater and the heater plate via the computer interface.

Operation

Turn the HLZ on via the power button; the display will cycle through an initialization sequence.

Follow specific steps to switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius temperature displays on the unit.
