Turn on the power.
The auto program starts.
If the bodyscan fails, press "Restart the body scan" to perform the body scan again.
For the proper body scan, please sit deeply and lean against the backrest.
If the shoulder position is incorrect, manually adjust it by pressing the up or down button and
confirm to start the massage.
