PRIMEQUEST models offer flexible and scalable configuration capabilities for up to 32 Dual-Core processors and belonging I/O resources in a 19”
rack mounted chassis (model 520) or in space-saving system cabinets. Automatic reconfiguration and flexible partitioning with up to 16 fail-safe,
hardware isolated partitions using eXtended PARtitioning (XPAR ) provide optimum resource usage with multiple OS instances.
The advanced system architecture incorporates two innovative key technologies that provide highest availability in a single system: Mirror Mode and
Flexible I/O (FIO).
With Mirror Mode, crossbar interconnects and memory modules can operate in duplex mode to isolate faults without causing a system halt, i.e. not
