● This function performs “Emergency stop” or “All On / All Off” by using the signal to be input externally at external
input terminals.

There are 2 kinds of input method of External input terminal: “Dry contact” or “Apply voltage
contact”.

When a power supply is unnecessary at the input device you want to connect, connect to CN6
and C N7.
