For ScanSnap S1500 or ScanSnap S1500M Users
Parts of the ScanSnap use magnets. Magnetic and IC cards should not come into contact with
these parts. Otherwise, the magnetic part of the card may be damaged.

For ScanSnap S1300 Users
LED light source of this product is not exposed in normal use, and the intensity of LED light
emission does not pose any risk of eye damage. Do not disassemble, repair, or customize this
product by yourself. Direct exposure to the LED light source could cause problems with visual
acuity.
When you perform cleaning, make sure that the inside of the ScanSnap is free of any foreign
object, and be careful not to get your hand or the cloth caught on the pick spring (metal part)
as a deformed pick spring (metal part) may cause injury.
