Maintenance Features

- Quick Cleaning Procedure (Recommended after 3-4 uses to prevent sugar buildup):

- Pour 300-500 ml of water (no detergent) into the inner pot.
- Switch ON the kettle stirrer & heater (II) to boil the water and allow the stirrer to turn, helping to remove stuck sugar.
- Pour out the water after 1-2 minutes of boiling.
- Caution: The kettle will be HOT.
- Repeat 2-3 times for better results.
- Standard Cleaning Procedure:
- Perform the "Quick cleaning procedure" until the kettle is relatively clean.
- Switch off the machine and wait for the popping pot to cool down completely.
- Clean the inside and outside of the kettle using a brush and a wet towel.
- NEVER immerse the kettle into water.
- After using the popcorn machine, use a wet towel to clean the main unit, main body, and glasses.
- The rubbish tray should be cleaned frequently to prevent bacteria growth.
- Inspection on Arrival: Thoroughly inspect the unit upon receipt. Any damage must be reported immediately to the transportation company to initiate a claim, as failure to do so may affect warranty status.
- Limited Equipment Warranty:
- Duration: Five (5) year limited warranty on parts for workmanship and material in the United States and Canada, effective from the date of service.
- Coverage: Limited to repair or replacement of defective parts by a factory-authorized service agency. Portable models should be taken to the closest FunTime service agency, transportation prepaid.
- Exclusions: FunTime does not assume responsibility for loss of revenue. International shipments have separate warranty terms.
- Non-stick Coatings: One-year warranty under normal use and reasonable care. Does not cover damage from improper cleaning, maintenance, metallic utensils, abrasive cleaners, product identifiers, point-of-sale attachments, or other non-food objects in continuous contact with the coating.

- Damage created during transit, delivery, installation, or by acts of God.
- Extent of Warranty: The warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties (oral, written, implied, including merchantability or fitness for purpose). FunTime's liability is limited to the cost of furnishing a replacement for a defective part/assembly. This liability terminates upon warranty expiration. The "Original Purchaser" is defined as the individual, company, or organization stated in FunTime's warranty records or an authorized reseller. FunTime is not liable for incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from product use, misuse, inability to use, or defects.
