VIII. Warranty Information
Future Beach Corporation warrants your new Water Bee pedal boat to be free from defect in
materials and workmanship, subject to the following terms and conditions:
The warranty is applicable to Future Beach products registered and normally operated in
North America. This warranty is non-transferable to a subsequent owner.
Future Beach warrants the hull of your Water Bee pedal boat to be free from defect in both
materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years after the date of purchase.
Your new Water Bee components are covered for a period of one (1) year after the date of
purchase. These components include the seat backrests, cooler lid, steering handle and
linkage, rudder, rudder shaft, pedal drive system, pedals, crankshaft, drive hub, components,
blades, as well as product accessories.
What is not covered by warranty
• Damage due to misuse, accident, collision, etc.
• Wear-and-tear deterioration, discoloration, fading, deformation, blurring, etc.
• Commercial use
• Damage or surface corrosion caused by the environment
• Damage caused by the use of aggressive chemical cleaning solvents
• Freight – any damage incurred to and from Future Beach by freight companies
