Why does ERROR code 1 (E1) appear on my G-Lab MD2000?
    • M
      Michael ClaytonAug 12, 2025
ERROR code 1 (E1) appears because no pulse signal is detected, possibly due to incorrect cuff application. Reapply the cuff, ensuring it is fastened correctly and positioned at heart level.

What to do if my G-Lab Blood Pressure Monitor displays ERROR code 6 (E6)?
    • D
      Donna BirdAug 15, 2025
If your G-Lab Blood Pressure Monitor displays ERROR code 6 (E6), it indicates a low battery level. Replace all used batteries with new ones.

What does it mean when ERROR code 2 (E2) appears on my G-Lab MD2000 Blood Pressure Monitor?
    • J
      Jennifer McconnellAug 19, 2025
ERROR code 2 (E2) appears because noise was detected, meaning there was movement of your arm or body during the measurement. Remain still and do not talk during the measurement.

    Carolyn HendersonAug 23, 2025
What to do if my G-Lab MD2000 Blood Pressure Monitor displays nothing on the screen?
    • R
      ramirezalanAug 23, 2025
If nothing appears on the display of your G-Lab Blood Pressure Monitor, even when turned on, it could be due to: * Drained batteries: Replace all used batteries with new ones. * Incorrect battery installation: Re-install the batteries, ensuring the polarities (“+” and “-“) match the markings in the battery compartment.
  • B
    Brett BartlettAug 27, 2025
What does it mean when ERROR code 3 (E3) appears on my G-Lab MD2000?
    • C
      Christian JohnsonAug 27, 2025
ERROR code 3 (E3) appears because no pressure is detected, which might be because the cuff is not fastened properly or is too loose. Reapply the cuff and make sure it is fastened correctly.
  • R
    Rhonda FrancisAug 30, 2025
Why does my G-Lab MD2000 Blood Pressure Monitor keep re-inflating?
    • A
      aprilrivasAug 31, 2025
The G-Lab Blood Pressure Monitor keeps re-inflating because of a system lockup. To resolve this, restart the device by removing the batteries, waiting one minute, and then re-installing them.
  • O
    oconnelldeborahSep 3, 2025
What does it mean when ERROR code 4 (E4) appears on my G-Lab Blood Pressure Monitor?
    • J
      juliazimmermanSep 3, 2025
ERROR code 4 (E4) appears because the device cannot measure blood pressure correctly. If the heartbeat is very weak or irregular, the device may not be able to measure the blood pressure. Reapply the cuff, fasten it correctly, sit comfortably, and remain still during the measurement.
  • M
    Mary KingSep 7, 2025
What to do if my G-Lab MD2000 displays ERROR code 5 (E5)?
    • T
      Terrance ColemanSep 7, 2025
If your G-Lab Blood Pressure Monitor displays ERROR code 5 (E5), it means the cuff is over inflated, and your blood pressure may be over 300 mmHg. It is recommended to consult your physician immediately.

Overview

The G.LAB® Digital Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor (Models: MD2000/MD2010/MD2040/MD2050/MD2001/MD2011/MD2041/MD2051/MD2090) is a non-invasive oscillometric device designed for quick and easy measurement of systolic and diastolic blood pressure, and pulse rate in adults. It is suitable for both home users and healthcare professionals.

Function Description:

The device utilizes an oscillometric method to measure blood pressure and pulse rate. An inflatable cuff is wrapped around the upper arm, and the device automatically inflates and deflates to take a measurement. The measurement results are displayed on an LCD screen and automatically saved to memory. Bluetooth-capable models can transmit measurement results to pre-approved mobile devices.
